I am in full hibernation mode.
Sorry I haven’t been giving the store site much attention lately! I promise to start spending more time on it

Other than going to work, I don’t venture out much. I have started perfecting my favorite recipes.
I made an AMAZING meal last night, and it’s too good to keep to myself! Any suggestions on what to call it?

Here’s (basically) the recipe.
* 2 Tbsp Butter
* 1 clove minced garlic
* 1 oyster mushroom
* 1/2 cup or so milk (I’m sure cream would have made it much richer, but we don’t have any at the moment)
* pinch 5-spice powder
* 1/4 cup grated parm
Melt butter in pan, add garlic. Add some of the milk. Reduce. Add mushrooms and spices. Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining milk. Slowly mix in parm.
I then added my left over pasta, mixing it well and allowing it to cook together for a couple minutes.
It was amazing.

I’m off to do some reading.
Good news! I got hired on!!
Still just as a temp employee, but I’m one step closer to being a real adult.
Woo hoo!
